- Full papers submitted to SIEC 2021 are between 4.000 – 7.000 words written in English in single space, using Microsoft Word, font size 11, Arial, top and left margin 3 cm, bottom and right margin 2.54 cm, and printed in A4
- The name of the file must be: Name of Lead Presenter_Name of Affiliation

- Full paper(s) that are below the standards in terms of language and contents will not be published
- Full paper submission should adhere to the following guidelines:
- The title of the article should be less than 16 words, capitalized, centered, with font size 14.
- The name(s) of the author(s), e-mail address, and affiliation should exist below the title.
- Abstract should not more than 300 words containing the importance of the topic, objective, method, findings, and conclusion. It should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
- Below the abstract, about three to five keywords should appear together with the main body of the article.
- For research-based articles, the outline used is: introduction, literature review, method, findings and discussion, conclusion, and references.
- The introduction consists of the background of the study, research contexts, and research objective. All introduction should be presented in the forms of paragraphs, not pointers, with the proportion of 15-20% of the whole article length.
- The literature review section consists of description of theories used related to the topic of the research, all presented in the form of paragraphs.
- The method section consists of description concerning the research design, setting, participants, data sources, data collection, and data analysis with the proportion of 10-15% of the total article length, all presented in the form of paragraphs.
- The findings and discussion section consist of description of the results of the data analysis to answer the research question(s) and their meanings seen from current theories and references of the area addressed. The proportion of this section is 40-60% of the total article length.
- The conclusion section consists of the summary, restatement, comment or evaluation of the main findings.
- Quotation and references follow the latest APA style and the latter should be included at the end of the article (highly recommended to use reference manager apps, e.g. Mendeley).
- Every source cited in the body of the article should appear in the references, and all sources appearing in the reference should be cited in the body of the article.
- The sources cited should at least 80% come from those published in the last 10 years. The sources cited are primary sources in the forms of journal articles, books, and research reports, including theses and dissertations.
- If there are more than one appendix, they should be numbered consecutively.
- Do not use page numbering anywhere in the full paper! (for lay-out purpose)
- The full paper template is attached on a separate file. We suggest that you write over the template, so your paper’s format will be in line with the guidelines.
